Fran is one of the managing partners of Strategic Lifelines, LLC. He has been helping high net worth individuals and successful small-business owners meet their financial goals and objectives since 2002. Fran’s background in both medicine and business give him unique insights into the situations his clients face every day. Originally trained as a reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon, Fran headed a multi-office medical/surgical practice for years before embarking on a successful financial career.
Fran uses an educational approach to guide his clients through creating and maintaining a comprehensive and coordinated financial strategy. His knowledge and experience help clients to meet their objectives efficiently and in-step with an ever-changing legal, economic and product/service landscape.
Above all, Fran considers his true value to be showing successful people what is possible in their financial planning strategy that was previously unknow to them. He brings a wealth of intellectual capital to the table.
Fran also functions as a CPA Team Based model coach helping CPA’s to become better resources to their clients through holistic and comprehensive planning. In this capacity, he focuses on helping high income/net worth clients recapture money normally lost to taxes and leverage multi-generational wealth through the use of the most advanced tax-planning strategies available under the present tax code.
As a small business planning specialist, Fran also helps small business owners determine what their business is worth, understand the role the proceeds from the eventual sale of the business will play in meeting their retirement goals, grow business value, and exit their business without losing significant net value to taxation upon the sale.
Outside of the office, Fran is passionately involved with coaching youth/adult sports in his community. He resides in North Haven, CT with his wife of over 40 years, Bernadette (Bunny). They have four children: Michelle, Jessica, Brian, Steven and three grandchildren, Gabriel, Aurora and Bennett.
